Am I tied to a contract?

No, you're free to modify your service at any time without any penalties. If you want to leave, that's ok too. Our refund and pro-rated refund policy is clearly written so you know where you stand.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Of course. We offer 7-days on our web hosting plans and 72 hours on our VPS plans on initial signups. Unfortunately, due to the nature of domain registrations, they are excluded from our guarantees.
