Where to Find Login Credentials
This article explains where to locate your hosting and service login credentials inside your client account and what to do if credentials are missing or unavailable.
Before continuing, make sure you know how to sign in by reviewing Accessing Your Client Area.
Types of Login Credentials You May Have
Depending on the services you use, you may have more than one set of login details:

Client Area login – Used to manage billing, services, and support

Hosting control panel login – Used to manage websites, files, databases, and settings
-
Application logins – WordPress, WooCommerce, or email accounts
Each type of login is managed separately.
Where to Find Hosting Login Credentials
To locate your hosting access details:

Log in to the Client Area

Select Services from the main menu

Click My Services
-
Choose the hosting service you want to manage

Accessing the Hosting Control Panel
Inside the service page, look for one of the following:

A Login to Control Panel button
-
A Control Panel Access section with a direct login link
In most cases, clicking this link will sign you in automatically without requiring a username or password.
If manual credentials are provided, they will appear in this section.
Email and Application Credentials
Some credentials are not displayed for security reasons:

Email passwords are created or reset manually
-
WordPress admin logins are managed inside WordPress
If login details are not shown, use the available Reset Password or Manage Users options within the service.
Common Problems & Fixes

If no login details are visible, use the control panel login link instead of looking for a password.

If you see “Access Denied,” confirm you opened the correct active service.

If welcome emails are missing, check spam or search for your original setup email.

If you forgot a password, use the reset option for that specific service or application.
