Domain and website management allows you to control how your domains connect to your hosting services and how your websites are configured. These tasks are handled through the Enhance Control Panel, which provides tools for managing domains, websites, and related settings.

Understanding Domains vs Websites
A domain is the address people type into a browser, such as example.com. A website is the content hosted on your server that the domain points to.
One hosting service can contain multiple domains and websites, depending on your plan.
Accessing Domain and Website Settings
Domain and website management is performed from the control panel linked to your hosting service.
- Log in to the Client Area
- Go to Services → My Services
- Select the hosting service you want to manage
- Click Login to Control Panel

Managing Domains
From the control panel, you can:
- Add new domains or subdomains
- Assign domains to specific websites
- Update DNS-related settings where applicable
- Remove unused domains
Domains must be properly pointed to your hosting service before a website will load.

Website management includes configuring how your site runs on the server.
Common website tasks include:
- Creating a new website for a domain
- Selecting the document root
- Enabling or disabling PHP and other runtime options
- Assigning SSL certificates
Changes made here affect how your site behaves and is delivered to visitors.
Multiple Websites on One Service
Some hosting plans allow multiple websites under a single service.
Each website operates independently but shares the same server resources.
If you experience performance issues, review how many sites are running on the service or consider upgrading.
Common Problems & Fixes
- If a domain doesn’t load, confirm it is added to the control panel and pointed correctly.
- If a website shows the wrong content, verify the document root assignment.
- If SSL isn’t active, check that a certificate is assigned to the website.
- If changes don’t apply, refresh the control panel and clear your browser cache.
